The Cleveland Cavaliers had high hopes entering the season.
After making the Finals last year, they re-tooled in the summer by acquiring Derrick Rose, Dwyane Wade, Jae Crowder, and Isaiah Thomas after losing Kyrie Irving.
Most people claimed that this season's Cavs team is the best squad LeBron has ever played with.
But so far, things haven't been going according to plan.
At 3-4, Cleveland has looked anything but their normal selves. Things have been quite disasterous.
And in light of it all, the team reportedly held an "air-it-out" meeting, where they attempted to discuss the problems. One source close to the team said it was "very productive," and even LeBron James himself said the meeting was "much needed."
Regular-season private team meetings are nothing new to the league. teams do it all the time for a myriad of reasons.
But with things looking so bad, things could be different this time around.
As the season continues, we will see how LeBron and the Cavs will respond to their slow start. If they want any hope of repairing a bruised season, however, they'll need to get their head back in the game.
