If there's one thing sports do well, it's bringing everyone together for a common cause, whether that be for a big rivalry game or for something much greater.

Over the past week, athletes and teams from all sporting codes in America have done their part to help with Hurricane Harvey relief efforts, either via donations or manpower, and Golden State Warriors point guard Steph Curry is the latest athlete to help out.

Curry, in a social media video for Active Faith Sports, shot 25 threes and pledged that for everyone he made, he would donate $1,000, on top of the $100,000 he already planned to donate.

Now, we've all seen how Curry can perform under pressure when money's on the line, all you have to do it look up his shooting performance at the 2017 All-Star break for the Craig Sager Foundation, but Steph came in clutch for this cause.

"Praise to the families, we got your back," said Curry.

The response and support from athletes, celebrities, and America as a whole has been insane to see, as Houston is in dire need of all the assistance it can get after being battered with strong winds and flooding. Sometimes social media has its benefits after all.
