Adrian Wojnarowski reported that former MVP Derrick Rose is “away from the team” and is thinking about retirement.
D-Rose is the youngest MVP in NBA history (22 years, 5 months). His career has changed drastically in 2012 when he tore left knee ACL.
Because of this injury, he missed an entire 2012-13 season. During 2013-14 and 2014-15 he had problems with the meniscus in right knee. While playing for the Knicks in 2017, he got left knee meniscus injury.
After just 7 games with the Cleveland Cavaliers, maybe he will not play again this season.
