NBA Announces All-Star Reserves, No Lillard or Wade


The coaches have spoken, and the All-Star reserves for both the Eastern and Western conference teams have been announced.

Coming off the bench for the West will be Russell Westbrook, Draymond Green, Marc Gasol, DeMarcus Cousins, Klay Thompson, and first-time All-Stars DeAndre Jordan and Gordon Hayward.

These seven players will come off the bench and join the West starters of Stephen Curry, James Harden, Kawhi Leonard, Kevin Durant and Anthony Davis.

For the East, the seven reserve players include Kyle Lowry, Isaiah Thomas, Kevin Love, Paul George, Paul Millsap, John Wall, and first-time All-Star Kemba Walker.

These players will join the likes of Kyrie Irving, Jimmy Butler, DeMar DeRozan, LeBron James, and Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Notable players who missed out on an All-Star bid include Damian Lillard, Dwyane Wade, Mike Conley, Rudy Gobert, Karl-Anthony Towns, Joel Embiid, and Carmelo Anthony.
