The Black Mamba has joined numerous other NBA players this week, reacting to President Donald Trump blaming "both sides" for violence that occurred in Charlottesville, Virginia, over the weekend.
On a rare and somewhat cryptic Twitter post, Kobe posted a GIF of a puzzled Steve Harvey with the caption '#presidency' after the President's press conference on Tuesday.
President Trump has seemed to have made a few enemies out of various NBA players after the violence in Charlottesville, as Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James spoke out at his charity event and referred to Trump as the "so-called president," according to ESPN.com's Dave McMenamin:
James also tweeted out prior to those comments, saying "Hate has always existed in America" and "Donald Trump just made it fashionable again!"
These comments from Kobe and LeBron come after Trump condemned both sides of protests in Virginia, blaming both white nationalists and counter-protestors or the events that left 19 people injured and 32-year-old Heather Heyer dead, according to CNN.
