Being an NBA player is an honor of its own. But when one of the league’s biggest stars claims that you could be the Greatest of All-Time, that could tip the scales of honorary compliments.
That’s the reality of Milwaukee Bucks superstar, Giannis Antetokounmpo, after Kevin Durant claimed that he could be the Greatest player of All-Time.
Durant made the daring comment on Friday, during a Q & A session on his YouTube channel:
"The Greek Freak, I think, is a force. I've never seen anything like him," Durant admitted. "His ceiling is probably — he could end up being the best player to ever play if he really wanted to. That's pretty scary to think about." Durant added: "He's by far my most favorite player to watch."
Interestingly enough, Durant’s never gone on record saying that about anyone else before. Even for his own career.
So it’s easy to say that Giannis is earning a lot of positive attention, and, at only 22-years-old, will have the chance to earn plenty more in the seasons to come.
