Jahlil Okafor admitted this week that he didn't want the 76ers to extend his contract.
And, considering how things have gone in Philly for him so far, who can blame him. His game has taken a back seat to Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons, and Dario Saric. Since the beginning, things never really materialized for the Sixer and Okafor.
Even Isaiah Tomas, who has almost no connection to the situation, is willing to admit that the Sixers mishandled the whole situation.
It's nice to see Isaiah stick up for Jah. And, who knows, maybe his Cavs can find a way to take him off the Sixers' hands.
It's almost a foregone conclusion that Okafor will be traded before the year's trade deadline. And even though Okafor has failed to impress, Philadelphia has to take some blame for this epic failure
