It was a big night for the Boston Celtics after they beat the Golden State Warriors 92-88 at TD Garden.
Jaylen Brown scored 22 points, but Kyrie Irving 7 points in the last 2:36 and once again he was the clutcher against Stephen Curry and Golden State Warriors.
However, for the first time since injury Gordon Hayward was there, watching his team against the best team in the league. Gordon was seated in the second row of the Boston bench and he enjoys watching the game.
According to the Mass Live:
Hayward was introduced to the crowd before tip off and was given a warm ovation. Celtics fans have cheered for Hayward on multiple occasions when he wasn't present, including a "Gor-don Hay-ward" chant during the Milwaukee Bucks game in Boston just 24 hours after his injury. Boston has obviously been winning without Hayward (13 straight before Thursday's game against Golden State), but his absence still hangs over the team. Without Hayward, Boston is a fun young team loaded with potential and promise. With Hayward, the Celtics -- if the current run is any indicator -- might have been a truly intriguing Eastern Conference threat.

Of course, he was happy and he sends a message after the big win.
Yeah, they have now 14 wins in a row and at this moment they are the best team in the NBA. Maybe this roster can finally stop LeBron James and Cleveland Cavaliers.
