With the NFL finally over we can all now shift our attention to the best sport in the world, the NBA. Eleven games are slated on an exciting Monday night with some terrific sleepers, value players and superstars lined up across the board at every position.

One of the more intriguing contests of the night starts off at 7 PM ET, as the red-hot Washington Wizards (30-20) battle the reigning champions the Cleveland Cavaliers (34-15). Washington look to win their eighth straight match and close the gap between them and the first seeded Cavaliers.

In one of the more surprising stories of the season, the Miami Heat (21-30) look to win an amazing tenth straight win and push for a spot in the playoffs as they host the up and coming Minnesota Timberwolves (19-32). Of course, Minnesota will be feeling the full effects of the absence of Zach LaVine who was putting up career-best numbers and has unfortunately been ruled out for the season with an ACL injury.

In a tough Western conference matchup, the Memphis Grizzlies (31-22) host the San Antonio Spurs (39-11). Memphis will be regaining players Tony Allen, Marc Gasol and Chandler Parsons as they were withheld from Friday’s Saturday’s game against the Timberwolves due to rest. San Antonio will be looking for their fourth straight victory and if they win, will be only three games behind top seed Golden State.

SLEEPER

Tyus Jones (FanDuel: $3,500)

With Zach LaVine ruled out for the remainder of the season and Kris Dunn questionable with a hand injury, Jones may be used once again besides Ricky Rubio. Jones played all 12 minutes in the fourth quarter last game against the Grizzlies scoring 10 points with 6 assists, 3 rebounds and 2 steals. If Dunn is unable to play, Jones will be a nice sleeper pick.

Michael Carter-Williams (FanDuel: $4,700)

Carter-Williams earned the start for the injured Jimmy Butler on Friday, producing a season-high 23 points to go with 9 rebounds, 6 assists and an impressive 44.8 Fan Duel points. With Butler questionable once again, Carter-Williams is a definite play after his previous imposing outing and at such a cheap price can present high value for money.

Marquese Chriss (FanDuel: $3,600)

Chriss exploded Saturday posting a career high 27 points to go with 6 rebounds and 2 blocks. Five days prior to that game Chriss had another impressive outing of 20 points and 6 rebounds. The rookie is starting to find his rhythm in the NBA and with Phoenix struggling big time you would think they would begin to give more minutes to the 8th pick from Washington.
