FanDuel NBA Daily Fantasy: Are You Ready For Friday Night?

Giannis Antetokounmpo

An interesting nine games are slated for NBA Friday and as always, some terrific sleepers, value players and superstars playing tonight for you DFS players.

For the first time in history, the Miami Heat (23-30)have won twelve straight games without Dwayne Wade. They will be traveling to Manhattan to face the worst team in the NBA, the Brooklyn Nets (9-44). Who would have thought that the once, 11-30 Heat would go on a HUGE winning streak to resurrect their season? The answer? No one. If the heat can win tonight’s game, they will be only one game behind a playoff position.

At 8 PM ET one of the grittiest defensive teams the Memphis Grizzlies (33-22) host the hottest offense in the league, the Golden State Warriors (44-8). Two of the Warriors eight losses this season have come against the Grizzlies who they have struggled to contain, surprisingly, on the offensive end. Memphis respectively, scored 110 points and 128 points to knock off the Warriors on both occasions. Look for a hard fought battle with two of the top teams in the West.

Top 3 Sleepers

Shabazz Muhammad (FanDuel: $4,200)

Minnesota Timberwolves vs. New Orleans Pelicans

Even before LaVine went down with a knee injury, Muhammad was balling. Now, there is even more, an opportunity for Muhammad and production for DFS owners. Shabazz performed superbly last game in a win against Toronto, posting 22 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists. Get Muhammad in your line-up before his price rises and he will no longer be regarded as a ‘sleeper’.

Bojan Bogdanovic (FanDuel: $4,600)

Brooklyn Nets vs. Miami Heat

Bogdanovic has been a bright spot in a very dim season for the Net’s. Still, at a cheap price, Bojan has been playing terrific basketball as of late averaging 16.4 points, 4.3 rebounds and 22.8 FD points per game. Bogdanovic is always going to get his opportunity in this team.

Kyle O’Quinn (FanDuel: $4,200)

New York Knicks vs. Denver Nuggets

With Noah out once again, O’Quinn should get the start tonight. In the previous three matches, O’Quinn started in Noah’s absence he has been dependable for fantasy. Over the three-game stretch, O’Quinn is averaging 21.1 FD points. O’Quinn is a solid play once again tonight.

Top 3 Value Players

Darren Collison (FanDuel: $5,200)

Sacramento Kings vs. Atlanta Hawks

Ty Lawson is listed as doubtful for tonight’s game so Darren Collison will have a heavier workload tonight. With Lawson missing the second half of last game against the Celtics, Collison took advantage finishing with 26 points, 5 assists, 4 steals and 40.7 FD points.

Devin Booker (FanDuel: $6,800)

RECOMMENDED ARTICLES

Phoenix Suns vs. Chicago Bulls

Booker is pushing his case to be a top five shooting guard by the end of this season. To show how consistent Booker is, his averages for the past 20 games have been 24.6 points, 3.1 assists and a staggering 31.5 FD points. Don’t’ expect him to drop off anytime time soon with the struggling Suns now running their offense through the second year guard out of Kentucky.

Kristaps Porzingis (FanDuel: $6,800)

New York Knicks vs. Denver Nuggets

Porzingis has been struggling offensively in 2017 averaging 15 points per game, that is, until his previous match. Porzingis scored 27 points and 40.2 FD points against the Clippers on Wednesday night. This will be the start of things to come for Porzingis. Also, the last time Porzingis faced the Nuggets, he dominated scoring 22 points, 8 rebounds and 40.1 FD points.

Top 3 Star Players

John Wall (FanDuel: $10,500)

Washington Wizards vs. Indiana Pacers

Wall has turned his play up a notch this season and is playing on another level! Although he is expensive, he is worth every penny at the moment. Wall is averaging 25.5 points, 12 assists, 4 rebounds, 2,5 steals and an amazing 51.3 FD points over the past four games. In his last game against the Pacers, Wall exploded for 36 points, 11 rebounds and nine assists. Expect another huge game from the All-Star guard.

Giannis Antetokounmpo (FanDuel: $11,200)

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Los Angeles Lakers

Unfortunately, Jabari Parker suffered a devastating knee injury in their previous game against the Heat. For Giannis, he will have to step up like never before for the Bucks. Over his past 20 matches, Antetokounmpo has averaged 41.5 FD points, expect that to rise to around 46 with the injury of Parker.

DeMarcus Cousins (FanDuel: $11,200)

Sacramento Kings vs. Atlanta Hawks

Cousins is healthy and fully rested after his suspension. This can only mean bad things for his opponent the Atlanta Hawks. Cousins is averaging 51.2 FD points in his past five games, don’t be surprised if the big man has a huge game against Atlanta who are averaging 46.9 FD points to opposition centers the past five games.
