Draymond Green Hits Back At Damian Lillard After Melo-To-Portland Rumors

Only a couple of days ago, the Portland Trail Blazers suddenly jumped into the conversation for Carmelo Anthony's services, with the Blazers only wanting to be involved in a trade if they were the ones who nabbed Melo.

Last night, Portland's star point guard Damian Lillard gave his thoughts on the rumors.

Lillard also had this to say:

"I can only imagine what it would be like to have him iso'ing on one side, CJ in a corner, and me on the opposite wing and Nurk... I can only imagine how hard it would be to guard us when it's already hard to guard us."

Dame seems pretty confident about the Blazers' chances if they do manage to trade for Anthony, wouldn't you say?

Warriors forward Draymond Green got a hold of Lillard's comments, and snapped back with a pretty simple response.

Green isn't impressed with Lillard's confidence to say the least.

Draymond may seem cocky in his response, but he's not wrong either. If Portland did acquire Melo to put beside Lillard and C.J. McCollum, they would definitely rise up the rankings in the West, but no team is coming close to Golden State with 4 All-Stars in their prime on the team.
