Fadeaway World

Fadeaway World

As we all know, Chris Bosh’s career took a dramatic and premature ending after being diagnosed with blood clots in his lungs, having to give up on a very successful career after a couple of Championships alongside LeBron James and Dwyane Wade during that exciting Miami Heat stint.

Nonetheless, ever since the very first day Bosh was forced to stay out of the court, he was very emphatic with the fact that he wasn’t going to give up on basketball, that he felt good and that he was more than willing to take a risk and go back to the court, but Pat Riley and the Heat decided to play it safe with him and don’t put his life in jeopardy.

So, after a lot of drama, the Heat finally wind up cutting him and even retiring his jersey, while Bosh had a very heartfelt farewell to his fans with a letter, but once again he was keen and determined to go back to the court whether it was with the Miami Heat or not.

And now, it seems like he’s once again ready to make a comeback, stating that his health is great and that he will play again in the Association, so assuming he actually gets medical clearance to suit up once again, we’ll give you the top 3 destinations for the former Raptor.

3. Boston Celtics

The Celtics could actually bring him on a very interesting deal for both parties, as Boston’s preparing to make a Championship run after acquiring All-Star two way forward Gordon Hayward, and he could bring a lot of energy from the bench as a veteran player.

Besides, with Kelly Olynyk leaving to play at South Beach, he could fit in for the Canadian as their stretch four-five, and his ability to consistently score from distance and sacrifice for his team would definitely suit Brad Steven’s scheme.

2. Cleveland Cavaliers

Of course, he could just rejoin LeBron James at the Q and play as one of their first guys off the bench, having a similar role (or perhaps even stealing all his minutes) as Channing Frye does, not having to do much to try and stay healthy for the postseason.

With the Cavaliers trying to contain the Golden State Warriors to win yet another Championship, Bosh would be a perfect fit at center, featuring 5 shooters on the floor to try and keep the phrenetic pace the Warriors put on a nightly basis.

1. Toronto Raptors

And of course, he could go back to where his NBA journey started, as Toronto fans would be thrilled with this move and would welcome him with wide open arms as one of the best players in the history of the Canadian franchise.

And with the Raptors keeping their core together while locking down Kyle Lowry for an extra 3 years and DeRozan playing the best ball of his career, Bosh presence would be a huge emotional boost for a team that’s lacked leadership and experience when it matters the most at the most important stages of the season.
