Carmelo Anthony Has A Chance To Join An Exclusive Club This Season

Carmelo Anthony hasn't seen much success in his NBA career thus far.

While his individual play has been Hall-of-Fame worthy, he's never won a Championship at the NBA level.

But on the Oklahoma City Thunder, Melo has the chance to do something only seven other players have done in league history.

If he wins the NBA Finals at some point in his career, because he won a Championship in the NCAA with Syracuse and has a Gold medal with Team USA, Anthony would be just the eighth guy in history to join the "Triple Crown Club," winning basketball championships on all three stages of basketball.

At 33 years-old, Carmelo Anthony's time to make history is running out. With the Thunder, he has the best chance he's ever had, but it will not be easy.

The Golden State Warriors are stronger than ever, the Rockets have re-tooled their backcourt, and the Timberwolves have remade their squad to finally find success.

With so many question marks entering the upcoming season, one thing is for sure: if Carmelo wants to make History in OKC this year, he'll have to earn it.
