LeBron James: "My Dream Is To Own An NBA Team"

How years pass there are fewer basketball players LeBron James need to overpass to become No1 or GOAT. Greatest of all time. Many older NBA fans will say that this place is forever determined to one man. You know who I am talking about.

That man is the reason why so many people watch and love basketball. He is the inspiration to many of us, even the ones who accomplished so much.

“My motivation,” James says, “is this ghost I’m chasing. The ghost played in Chicago.”

LeBron James said that his motivation is Michael Jordan. He wants to overpass him, but about that, we can discuss for 3-4 years. LeBron James still has to play and to compete. We'll see what is he going to achieve.

Although MJ is his motivation, he tried to imitate him many times during his career. LeBron James said that he wants to own NBA team after he finishes his career. Guess which former NBA player own NBA team. That's right. Michael Jordan.

“I would love to continue to give my knowledge to the game. I would love to be a part of a franchise — if not at the top. … My dream is to actually own a team. I don’t need to [be] fully hands-on. If I’m fortunate enough to own a team, then I’ll going to hire the best GM and president that I can. But I feel like I got a good eye for not only talent because we all see a lot of talent, but the things that make the talent. The chemistry, what type of guy he is, his work ethic, his passion, the basketball I.Q. side of things. Because talent only goes so far.”

That would be interesting seeing LeBron as an owner of the NBA team. He is an excellent player, can he be an excellent owner?
