After an MVP season, Harden deserves every penny. With CP3 coming to town, he may be able to pair those insane dollars with a championship ring.

From all the moves Houston has made so far this summer, and they’ve made some big ones, securing Harden for the long term may be the most important one of them all. The new deal keeps Harden in H-town through the 2022-2023 season, making sure the Rockets stay relevant for years to come.

With seemingly ridiculous pay days coming in bunches, who will be the next NBA superstar to shatter the record?
