Of all the richest athletes around the world, a majority of them are over 30. Most of those who are under 30, fall in the age bracket of 27 to 29. There are just a few athletes who are under 25 and thriving. These athletes start dominating their respective sports field at an exceedingly early age and are known as the elites in the world of Sports.

Here, I have tried to list down a few sports world marvels, who have already begun preparation to reach the pinnacle of success and are determined to take over the World.

 

1. Neymar

Neymar or Neymar Jr., as his fans fondly know him, tops the list of 25 highest paid athletes who are under the age of 25. He is tied to the Barcelona FC right until 2021. He is known to make more money from endorsements like Nike, Adidas, Panasonic, and Gilette as compared to his revenue generated from playing on the field.

 

2. Jordan Spieth

At the age of 23, Jordan makes approximately $34 million is earnings. He was also included in the 100 Most Richest Athletes Around The World two times in a row by Forbes. With several commercial brands such as Coca-Cola, Rolex, and AT&T in his kitty, he earned $29 million from endorsements alone. He is also the fourth golfer to have appeared on cereal boxes after Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods.

 

3. Andre Drummond

Andre was the youngest to have cracked the $100 million club. He earns $1 million per year, all thanks to his endorsement partners, which boasts of Nike, Halo Burger, and Kroger.

All of 23, his earning match up to $22.1 million.

 

4. Harrison Barnes

Last summer, Harrison signed a four-year contract with the Mavericks for a whopping $94 million. He recently also managed to engage with Adidas for a term of four years. All of 25, his total earnings sum up to $23.9 million.

 

5. Anthony Davis

With earnings up to $28.1 million, Davis is sure to reach the pinnacle of success in no time. All of 24, he set a record with 52 points in the 2017 All-Star Game and won it. He is currently serving his five-year contract with The Pelicans – a deal that notches up his earnings by $127 million.

 

6. Bradley Beal

 

Beal entered into a five-year contract with the Washington Wizards, that left him laughing straight to the bank. This deal is worth $127 million for a term of five years. He didn’t let his team and its management down by posting several career highlights and high points consistently. His earnings match up to $23.3 million just at the age of 24.

 

Conclusion

While most athletes need to count days until payday, these athletes seem to have broken the bank at an early age. Even Forbes publishes its highest paid athletes every year. It won’t be shocking to find a majority of them falling under the age group of 25.
