The talk of the NBA world last night was the altercation between a collection of Houston Rockets players and Los Angeles Clippers players after the game between the two teams on Monday night.
The Clippers came away with a 113-102 victory in Chris Paul‘s first return to Los Angeles since his move to Houston in the offseason, but towards the end of the game, when victory was almost out of reach for the Rockets, things began to get a little chippy between the likes of Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, Trevor Ariza, and even Austin Rivers, who was in a suit on the bench.
It was later reported that multiple Rockets players — including Paul, James Harden, and Ariza — all attempted to barge into the Clippers locker room via a back entrance to confront Austin Rivers for reasons we still don’t know of. They even got Clint Capela to distract them by knocking on the front door of the locker room while they sneaked around the back.
There’s no doubt that this is going to go down as one of the craziest moments of the current NBA season, so of course the guys over on Inside The NBA had to discuss the drama after it had unfolded, and it went about as well as you could have predicted.

Both Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley absolutely lose it at the fact police had to be called to the locker room, illustrating Blake Griffin — who stands at 6’10 — scared for his life because 6’0 Chris Paul is trying to break into the locker room.
Admittedly, it’s a hilarious situation to think about, and I’d give up a lot of things to be a fly on the wall in that room when things started to go down.
These teams will face each other again on the 28th of February, and you can bet that things will be heated.
