After Golden State Warriors won the Championship, defeating Cleveland Cavaliers 4-1, and after we had back-to-back-to-back NBA Finals, those two teams are the strongest contenders for the NBA Finals 2018, and it will be epic to watch once again their matchup.

We already know that Warriors, Cavs, Spurs, Rockets and Celtics are amongst the best teams in the NBA, and they are probably locked for the playoffs next season, but we also have teams who didn’t play more than 10 years in the playoffs… can you imagine that?

Today, I will write about the NBA Playoffs appearance droughts and how many years we didn’t see teams from the Eastern and Western Conference.

I will not include teams who didn’t play just NBA Playoffs 2017 like Miami Heat, Dallas Mavericks, Charlotte Hornets and Detroit Pistons and teams who didn’t play two seasons like Brooklyn Nets and New Orleans Pelicans.
