We all knew this sort of game was bound to happen at one point for the Ball brothers.
The hype surrounding both LiAngelo and LaMelo ball over in Lithuania was almost on Lonzo Ball levels before their debut game in the Lietuvos krepšinio lyga — or LKL for short — and boy did they happen to disappoint.
After impressive performances from both brothers in the BBB-sponsored tournament only a few days before, both LaMelo and LiAngelo proceeded to not score a single point in their first professional game in the LKL for Vytautas.
Albeit, the pair did play in limited minutes — just over 5 for Melo, while Gelo played 9 or so — but they were given ample opportunity to at least score a single bucket.
The brothers went a combined 0-7 from the field, with LaMelo shooting 0-4 — including this brick from three-point range.
The 16-year-old — who became the youngest American basketball player ever to play in a proffesional game — did manage to slam down a dunk on a fastbreak, but it came after the clock struck 0, negating the basket.

LiAngelo had the same sort of luck, shooting 0-3, but also hitting a three-point shot from the corner. The shot was waved off immediately after however, as Gelo stepped out of bounds just before putting up the shot.
Both boys will have a chance to redeem themselves on the 15th of January, as the next game of the Big Baller Brand challenge will be held against Vilniaus Lietuvos rytas-2.
