The road to NBA 2K18’s release has begun, and that means 2K Sports has begun releasing the overall ratings for some of the league’s stars.

2K has released videos of players such as Kyrie Irving, Joel Embiid, Isaiah Thomas reacting to their ratings.

Kyrie was a player who was slightly disappointed with his rating, saying he should be at least 95 overall before learning he was actually rated a 90.

All-Rookie center Joel Embiid had a similar reaction to his rating.

“Well, it’s kind of hard to rate me, because I felt like last year, when I was on the court, I was the best defender in the league, and then as a big man I can do everything — shoot threes, post up, handle the ball, be a playmaker — so I’ll be honest: I should be at least 95.”

Embiid then learned he was an 86 overall, and this is what he had to say.

“What? That’s bullcrap,” Embiid said. “I’m not going to curse. I just got fined, so I’m not going to curse, but 86? I’m definitely going to bump it up to 95 during the season.”

The ratings we know of so far are listed below.

Paul George – 91

Karl-Anthony Towns – 91

Kyrie Irving – 90

Isaiah Thomas – 89

Damian Lillard – 89

DeMar DeRozan – 89

Devin Booker – 86

Joel Embiid – 86

D’Angelo Russell – 80
